Every class and service at Spark is part of a clear plan that helps you feel strong, confident, and alive in your body. You get decide how you want to begin. We'll meet you there with coaching, community, and a path that makes progress feel natural.

Indoor Cycling

The lights go down, the music turns up, and suddenly, it’s just you and the rhythm. In the darkness, there’s freedom; freedom to push past doubt, to feel yourself getting stronger, to try on new versions of yourself with every ride. This isn’t just a workout; it’s an invitation to tap into the energy and excitement you thought you lost.

Large Group Training

Maybe the hardest part is showing up. But when you walk into a room full of people who are there to have fun (not to compete or prove anything) it suddenly becomes easier. There’s power in shared energy, in sweating and laughing together, in realizing that you belong here just as you are.

Small Group Training

If you need more personal attention (because of past injuries, because you want to improve, or because you’re just ready to take things to the next level) we’ve got you. This is where you get the focused support to train smarter, move with confidence, and avoid the setbacks that have held you back before.

Run Club

Maybe you’ve never seen yourself as a ‘runner.’ Maybe you think you could never do it. But here’s what happens when you’re outside, moving with a group, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the adrenaline surge: You realize you can do things you never thought possible. Whether you walk, jog, or push yourself into intervals, this is about proving to yourself that you are capable of more.

Infrared Sauna

Some days, the hardest thing is just showing up. And that’s okay. Sometimes, success looks like stepping into the warmth of the sauna, letting your body relax, and simply taking care of yourself. This is where recovery happens, where you give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reset.

Nutrition & Accountability

Your journey isn’t just about movement. It’s about breaking patterns that are keeping you stuck without shame, without guilt, but with the kind of understanding and support that actually makes a difference.

 

Our accountability program isn’t just another diet plan; it’s a space where you’re seen, supported, and helped on a deeper level. You’ll feel that this is a place where every person is welcomed, understood, and valued.

Cycle & Stretch

Start with thirty minutes on the bike where the music lifts you and the room carries you. Take a short pause to reset, then move into thirty minutes of restorative stretching that targets what your body needs most. You finish balanced and calm with stronger legs, open hips and shoulders, and a clear mind.
